Acquiring all tickets, planning the entire trip, checking real-time schedules, renewing a subscription or purchasing and extending a stop, all "in one click". In Emilia-Romagna, this is made possible by "Roger, your assistant for getting around in Emilia-Romagna", the new app promoted by the Emilia-Romagna Region that combines, in a single tool, the transportation services of all companies in the area.
With Roger, it is indeed possible to purchase any travel pass directly from your smartphone with a single operation, making it easier and more convenient for users to travel throughout the region.
This project has come to fruition thanks to the collaboration of all transportation companies in the regional area (SETA, START, TEP, TPER) and with the support of the Emilia-Romagna Region, working together to provide a service that facilitates mobility and services for citizens.
The new application, usable on IOS phones, will allow users to plan their trip with solutions that integrate national connections with local transportation (train and bus) and parking options and to purchase travel passes from anywhere, including for Trenitalia.
